Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Additionally featured in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a key identifying various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
